Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years’ proven experience as an IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of networking: LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, routing, and switching.

Solid experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Azure.

Virtualization experience: VMware and/or Hyper-V.

Backup and disaster recovery experience.
-
Security systems knowledge: firewalls, endpoint protection, monitoring tools.

Relevant certifications highly advantageous: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, Azure, VMware.

Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution across IT systems and infrastructure for internal users and clients.

Implement, manage, and maintain servers, networking, cloud solutions, and security systems.

Plan, design, and execute ICT projects for clients and internal operations.

Ensure systems availability, performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance.

Lead and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and support.

Liaise with clients to deliver tailored ICT solutions that meet business requirements.

Maintain documentation, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
