Job Summary
Are you passionate about food, innovation and product development? We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Product Developer to join an innovative FMCG environment.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with new product, recipe and formulation development
Coordinate product development projects from concept to launch
Prepare kitchen and factory trial samples
Conduct tastings, product evaluations and testing
Manage product development documentation and analytical results
Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Research new ideas and contribute to product innovation
What you’ll need:
Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Consumer Science or similar
Previous food technology/product development experience
Strong tasting and research skills
Project management experience would be advantageous
FMCG experience advantageous
Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
Most importantly, you must be a passionate foodie! ?
