As the Junior Key Accounts Manager, you will support the management and growth of key B2B customer relationships, working closely with senior account managers and internal teams to deliver on sales targets and client expectations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring strong client partnerships, seamless order fulfilment, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relations
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clients
Act as a key point of contact for client queries and day-to-day account needs
Support client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
Sales & Business Development
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
Drive product placement, promotions, and cross-selling initiatives
Operational Coordination
Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams
Track orders, stock levels, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations
Support pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
Reporting & Market Insights
Compile sales reports, forecasts, and performance data
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer service within FMCG, B2B, or manufacturing
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
Good understanding of FMCG sales cycles and distribution channels
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
