Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly organised and driven Stock Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising inventory control policies, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting efficient operations.
This is a challenging role suited to an individual who thrives under pressure and has a meticulous approach to managing high-value inventory in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Mathematics and basic Accounting principles
- Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in inventory management, preferably in the food/FMCG sector
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with inventory management software advantageous
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written communication required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory systems to accurately track and maintain stock levels
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, investigating any variances
- Implement and monitor stock control procedures to minimise losses and enhance efficiency
- Identify process improvements and suggest practical solutions to common inventory issues
Renumeration:
R20 000 - R30 000 Cost to Company (Depending on experience)
