Large FMCG company based in Epping is seeking an Operator with C-Track experience to join their dynamic team!
Sales Reps & Pool Vehicles:
- All movement reports on each vehicle, locations stop was made & reasons.
- Weekends reports, even though it’s for personal use.
- Must check if the speed is within the speed kilometres zone of the road/street. Top speed on highway is 120km/h. Must report anything above that speed.
Delivery Vehicles:
- Check if all stops made by any driver was reported on the WhatsApp group, if a stop was made & not reported by a driver
- Must then report the unauthorized & submit warning request if necessary
- Report the times (minutes) of all stops made.
- Should submit warning request for speed violation that exceeded 95km/h but needs to check the time period of the over-speeding.
- After the movement reports has been sent for the previous day, then the candidate moves over to live tracking
- Needs to check to see if all reports were made
- Should the candidate discover any unauthorized stops, or stops made at a different location, etc…needs to contact the driver(s) & notes must be made.
- It is basically the tracking person’s duty to contact the drivers should it been discovered that a driver has been at a customer for a long period of time by checking the amount of bags loaded in the truck for the specific customer.
