Aspire Recruiting is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Training Officer to support a dynamic team on behalf of a leading client in the milling industry. Key Responsibilities:
- SOP Training: Provide comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training to build a high-performing, safety-conscious workforce.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough training needs assessments within the production department to identify skills gaps.
- Onboarding & Mentorship: Provide essential guidance, mentorship, and coaching to effectively integrate and ease new hires into their functions.
- Practical Training Delivery: Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions specifically focused on milling operations, food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent to NQF 4.
- Accreditation: Must possess a SAGMA (South African Grain Millers Association) or GMF Accredited Qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of Miller's experience is strictly required.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid RSA driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English, Xhosa, Zulu, and Sesotho is highly desirable to communicate effectively with the workforce.
