Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and a personalised shopping experience
- Drive sales performance and exceed store targets through strong leadership and commercial awareness
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, cash-ups, reporting and store administration
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and uphold the luxury presentation standards of the brand
- Build strong client relationships and encourage customer loyalty through elevated service
- Coordinate in-store promotions, marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
- Mentor, motivate and develop staff to create a positive and high-energy team culture
- Ensure smooth operational excellence during mall trading hours
Requirements- Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail management role
- Strong leadership ability with a hands-on and motivational management style
- Passion for fashion, styling and luxury customer engagement
- Commercially driven with strong sales and operational management skills
- Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
- Flexibility to work mall retail hours, weekends and peak trading periods
