Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and assist them with product enquiries.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives.
Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and invoicing.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
Ensure shelves and displays are neat, stocked, and correctly priced.
Liaise with the warehouse or stores department regarding stock availability.
Perform daily cash-ups and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Adhere to health, safety, and company policies at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Previous experience in counter sales or retail sales (advantageous).
Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, and MS Excel).
Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
