Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Warehousing / Supply Chain Intern to support warehouse and supply chain operations on a 1-year fixed-term internship. The role provides practical exposure to inventory management, logistics, procurement support, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse operations and stock control
- Support inventory management, stock counts, and reconciliations
- Assist with receiving, issuing, and dispatching of goods
- Support supply chain reporting and documentation
- Assist with procurement and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Procurement, or a related field
- Must have completed studies (graduate status)
- Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes
- Computer literacy (MS Excel and basic systems)
- Good organisational and communication skills
