Implement, upgrade and maintain a robust ABC system including standard costs/rate cards
Cost of goods, control of trading terms, costing for projects and review of variances with key stakeholders, eg Key Account Managers brings you right up to date with the market trends, channels and business economics.
Ensure accuracy of revenue: Sales, Trading Terms, Promotional spend
Implement/upgrade specific business analytics and reports on customer, channel, product etc.
Bring your expertise to the business on staff management and development, budgetary controls, implementation of effective internal controls, policies and all related accounting procedures
Ensure quality financial/commercial analysis and reporting, optimal working capital, accurate Cost of Goods information, effective business controls and sustainable profitable growth.
Management and control of Trade Marketing Information
Costing of projects including new business reviews.
Automation and integration of data input/keys/drivers etc.
