Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery within a fast-paced production environment.
Minimum Requirements

Qualified and trade-tested Millwright or Fitter
-
Minimum 1 year post-trade experience in a manufacturing environment

Sound knowledge of electrical work, including fault finding and basic electrical maintenance

Willingness and ability to work day and night shifts
-
Proven experience within a manufacturing/production environment (essential)
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
-
Minimize downtime and support the achievement of production targets
-
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards

Work collaboratively with production and technical teams

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills

Able to work effectively under pressure in a shift-based environment
