Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Lead and shape the finance function end‑to‑end, providing clear accountability, strong governance, and a high‑performing team culture
Own the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting, ensuring accurate monthly close, insightful management accounts, and on‑time delivery aligned to Group standards
Elevate financial reporting and controls through continuous improvement, standardisation, and scalable best‑practice processes
Act as a strategic business partner to the executive team, delivering insight‑driven analysis that informs decision‑making, performance optimisation, and long‑term planning
Drive commercial performance, contributing to revenue growth, margin enhancement, cost optimisation, and brand‑level profitability in line with Group targets
Lead financial planning and forecasting, owning the full budgeting and reforecasting cycle in collaboration with FP&A and senior finance leadership
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, supporting the financial assessment of new ventures, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives
Interpret KPIs and industry trends, translating financial data into clear narratives, opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies
Oversee treasury, cash flow, and risk management, optimising liquidity, investment income, and foreign currency exposure
Lead strategic engagements with external partners, including banks, auditors, and advisors, to unlock efficiencies and strengthen financial outcomes
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 – 10 Years Experience
Minimum 3-5 Years in Senior Leadership
Executive leadership
Auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Group level stakeholders and reporting structures
Strong financial reporting and regulatory knowledge
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Treasury and cashflow management
Risk management and internal controls
Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability
Qualification:
CA(SA) non-negotiable
