You own strategy and execution

You’ll be shaping:
Multi-currency settlement and liquidity strategy
Digital asset balances and safeguarding frameworks
Margin, pricing, and unit economics
Group reporting, consolidation, audits, and governance
Finance automation embedded directly into product and ledger infrastructure
This is finance as an operating system, not a reporting functionSupport financial evaluation of new corridors, partnerships, and operating models.
Deliver forward-looking analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessments to senior leadership and group stakeholders.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing finance function spanning accounting, treasury, and financial operations.
Foster a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement within a fast-moving, multi-country environment.
Coach and develop team members to operate confidently in a complex and evolving financial landscape
Skills & Experience:
A Head of Finance / Senior Finance Lead in fintech, crypto, payments, or a startup
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and speed
Deeply hands-on, even at senior level
Experienced across treasury, audits, IFRS, tax, FX, and regulatory environments
Fluent in African markets and multi-entity complexity
A CA(SA), ACMA / CGMA, or AGA(SA) who still enjoys being close to the detail
Qualification:
CA(SA) OR ACMA, CGMA OR AGA(SA)
