Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full finance function
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyse financial performance and provide business insights
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial controls
- Support audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Partner with management to support operational decision-making
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- CA(SA)
- 2-3 years' post-articles experience
- Financial reporting and analysis experience
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, or related industry experience advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Financial Reporting
