Job Summary
Job Description:
As the Finance Manager, your duties could include the following:
Lead the end-to-end month-end close, including journals, account reconciliations, and close governance
Deliver accurate, timely, IFRS-aligned reporting to internal stakeholders and Group Finance
Own and manage core balance sheet reconciliations (banking, crypto/wallets, settlements, clearing)
Work closely with operations teams to investigate and resolve breaks
Strengthen, standardizing, and document finance processes and internal controls across the group
Coordinate audit requirements, manage deliverables, and support broader Group reporting objectives
Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow visibility, working capital monitoring, and liquidity forecasting
Manage banking and exchange relationships, including KYC processes, account setup, and ongoing compliance requirements
Support multi-jurisdictional tax compliance
Own AP and partner closely with People, Legal, Compliance and Operational
Drive automation, tooling enhancements, and actional financial insights
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Finance with exposure to a fast-paced fintech, payments or crypto operation
Proven experience running month-end close
Exposure to treasury operations, working capital management and FX transactions
Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Interest in using tools like Power BI and SQL
Qualification:
Registered CA(SA)
