Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate SHEQ activities across operational sites
Plan, monitor, communicate and report on SHEQ performance
Conduct internal and external audits and compile detailed audit reports
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SQAS Africa, RTMS and RTS standards
Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses and customer complaints
Compile incident investigation reports and corrective action plans
Register IOD incidents and manage related documentation
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and site inspections
Facilitate emergency preparedness exercises and safety meetings
Develop, review and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures and work instructions
Compile monthly SHEQ reports and performance statistics
Manage PPE requirements, stock control and distribution
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence
