Provide administrative support to all advisors in the Durban office and implement all client service related processes within the company. To assist with administrative support in other offices as need arise.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Draw investments and risk quotes.
Preparing new business files for advisors – applications.
Submit new business and manage all related processes.
Manage existing business queries – and keep advisor and client updated.
Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for Annual
Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for FNAs.
Manage Financial Advisors diary.
Ensure all compliance documents are received and stored.
Perform general administration duties on all product lines offered to clients.
Liaise with product providers (call center agents, consultants and marketing support), clients and suppliers in the execution of your duties.
Assist in preparing for quarterly and annual compliance audits.
Office administration: work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure that the office is suitable for optimal functioning.
Assist with all marketing initiatives.

Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & MS Teams)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Good computer literacy
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Service Consultant in the Financial
Experience in use of X-Plan or other industry related tool would be an advantage
