SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST – STRATEGY & PLANNING
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
A leading Development Finance Institution is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Research Analyst to join its Strategy and Planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct macroeconomic, sector, and industrial research and analysis.
- Develop reports, strategic insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor local and global economic trends and emerging industries.
- Maintain economic and industrial research databases.
- Support stakeholder engagement, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide strategic research support for executive leadership and policy discussions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Economics, Finance, Investment Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree advantageous.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in economic/investment research.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capability.
- Experience in development finance and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel.
