About the Role
Our client, a leading investment and wealth management business, is looking for an Operations Support professional to join their team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative and operational support to Wealth Managers, ensuring an outstanding client experience while managing the full investment administration process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and experience supporting financial advisers or wealth managers within the investment industry.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant bachelor's degree.
RE qualification would be advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem solving and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day to day operational and administrative support to dedicated Wealth Managers.
Capture and manage prospect leads on the CRM system.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation on SharePoint.
Load and maintain new business, top ups, switches and other transactions on CRM systems.
Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
Respond to client correspondence within agreed service levels.
Prepare and implement investment proposals.
Collect and manage FICA and FAIS documentation for new and existing clients.
Prepare onboarding documentation including due diligence, mandates and records of advice.
Follow up on new business applications and outstanding transactions to ensure timely completion.
Liaise with internal teams and external service providers regarding outstanding requirements.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and FSCA regulatory requirements.
Process payment instructions within agreed service level agreements.
Maintain existing investment portfolios through switches, withdrawals and additional investments.
Prepare and distribute investment statements and tax certificates.
Open investment accounts with various financial institutions.
Coordinate foreign exchange requests for offshore investments.
Send documentation to clients using DocuSign.
Prepare investment review documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Wealth Managers, clients and service providers.
Ensure all service level deadlines are consistently achieved.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in investment administration, wealth management support or financial services operations.
Previous experience supporting Financial Advisers or Wealth Managers.
Strong understanding of investment products and client administration processes.
Experience with FICA, FAIS and investment compliance procedures.
Professional, client focused and highly organised.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
