- Support the CFO in departments functions
- Manage team of direct and indirect rapporteurs
- Large emphasis on training
- Lead the preparation and presentation of consolidated financial results
- Annual group budget and presentation process
- Monthly forecasting process
- ESG-related financial reporting
- Support capital allocation
- Cost control
- Long term growth initiatives
- Formulating overall financial strategy
- Plans and policies
- Appropriate financial governance structures are developed
- Reporting mechanisms are in place to conduct financial reporting
- Maintenance of financial management control systems
- Drive continuous improvement
- Apply new financial laws and regulations to maintain up-to-date compliance
- Regulatory, financial, business and other audits for the company
- Applicable business processes are mapped
