Duties

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for the front-end team.
• Development: Architect and maintain scalable React-based web applications.
• Collaboration: Work with backend, design, and product teams to optimise APIs and deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Roadmap Ownership: Define and refine the front-end development roadmap, aligning with business goals.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Performance Optimisation: Drive improvements in front-end performance, scalability, and developer efficiency.
• Technology Adoption: Recommend and adopt new technologies to enhance development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in front-end development.
• 5+ years with React.js and TypeScript.
• Proven experience integrating and optimising backend APIs.
• Real-world experience optimising performance and bundle size.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Strong understanding of server-side and client-side rendering patterns.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
