The Finance Manager's performance will be measured based on accuracy of financial reporting, cost savings, cash-flow performance, audit outcomes, and compliance with requirements.Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience in cost management, financial accounting, and auditing
