? WHERE YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
✔️ Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to grow the short-term insurance portfolio ✔️ Drive direct sales through cold calling and client consultations ✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships ✔️ Liaise with clients and insurance providers to ensure excellent service delivery ✔️ Assist with and oversee the insurance claims process ✔️ Manage policy administration from inception through to claims settlement ✔️ Work towards sales targets while maintaining a strong client-focused approach
? MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Must live and work in Bloemfontein ✅ Minimum 5 years’ marketing and sales experience in short-term insurance ✅ RE5 qualification – essential ✅ All relevant FSCA qualifications – essential ✅ Candidate must be Fit and Proper as defined by the applicable regulatory requirements ✅ Grade 12 / Matric ✅ Proven sales and client relationship management experience ✅ Strong communication and business development skills ✅ Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport ✅ Willingness to travel when required ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office
⭐ Experience within the financial services industry will be an advantage.
