Salary: R20,000 - R30,000 per month (Cost to Company, Negotiable)

Duties:

• Process creditor and supplier payments, including preparing payment batches and banking uploads
• Verify payment batches, ensure sufficient funds, and resolve discrepancies
• Administer rental payments by capturing and loading payments onto banking systems
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts and liaising with banking institutions
• Support EFT payment verification, validation, and processing
• Monitor store cashflow requirements, support payment planning, and report funding shortfalls
• Manage and maintain financial documentation, respond to email queries, and update reporting schedules
• Support implementation of new banking controls and credit card administration
• Track business fund transfer requests and assist with ad hoc financial projects

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping
• Grade 12 / Matric
• 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, banking, or payments administration
• Proven experience working with electronic banking platforms and high-volume banking uploads
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, reconciliation, and CSV file processing
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills

Familiarity with the following:

• Banking systems and payment upload processes
• Reconciliations and high-volume payment processing
• Payment files (CSV, etc.)
