COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Compliance Unit | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
A Development Finance Institution is inviting suitably qualified internal candidates to apply for the position of Compliance Analyst within the Compliance Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence checks and compliance monitoring.
- Prepare compliance reports and regulatory analysis.
- Provide administrative and operational compliance support.
- Assist with risk assessment and monitoring activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related environment.
- Sound knowledge of FICA, FAIS, OHS, and Labour Relations legislation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ethical judgement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
