Degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, actuarial sciences or business from an internationally recognised University
Post-graduate Degree in actuarial science, mathematics or other relevant.
CT exams; part – full completion
ST exams; part – full completion
Communication exam completed and passed will be given preference
CFA / FIA qualified or studying
Skills and experience required:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar actuarial consulting role
Experience in alternative investments or private markets
Experience in investment or asset management consulting
Excellent report writing skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas
Excellent project and time management skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-driven and -motivated
Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Basic Python or quantitative software experience

Assist with a variety of high-impact projects for institutional clients
Research managers, funds, and the markets in which they operate, with a focus on private markets
Support manager selection mandates for institutional clients, contributing to both qualitative and quantitative analyses
Contribute to both investment and operational due diligence on fund managers
Report writing, comprising due diligence reports, economic reviews and research pieces
Support on strategic asset allocation exercises
Developing expertise quickly on major sectors of interest to the investment community
