Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company's financial operations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements and accounting standards.
- Develop and improve financial controls and processes.
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
- Support strategic business decisions through sound financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Financial Manager role.
- Previous experience within the motor industry will be advantageous.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional, ethical and results driven.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
