Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be required to render the following services (including but not limited to):
- The position is mainly office based;
- Assist clients via email and telephone queries by structuring solutions relating to employment law, provide advice, assistance and support to clients;
- Drafting of documents / agreements;
- Booking of appointments and diary management;
- Attending to appointments on-site of clients and CCMA / Bargaining council representation if and when required;
- Support service to Management and colleagues;
- Administrative tasks;
- Updating of records and reports;
- Rendering of any other services offered by SDC (Pty) Ltd Labour
Requirements:
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of Labour Law (minimum requirement of at least 3 years);
- Must be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- The candidate is required to work well under pressure, have good administrative-, time management-, communication-, written and verbal skills, be able to adapt quickly and use initiative
- Own reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license.
