Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client invoicing and billing administration
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding debtor accounts
- Maintain the practice’s internal financial records
- Provide general office and practice administration
- Maintain client records and engagement documentation
- Support partners and staff with administrative coordination
- Liaison with SAIPA/SAICA on training contracts
REQUIREMENTS:- Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or practice administration
- Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment will be advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy and experience with accounting or office software
- English and Afrikaans communication skills will be beneficial
