Our client in the Health Industry is looking to hire a Financial Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities • Addressing and resolving queries timeously and effectively • Accurate monthly management accounts • All transactions for the month captured accurately and are completed. • Maintain general ledger. • Completion of monthly VAT returns • Fixed Asset Register in collaboration with Procurement Manager • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and financial yearend. • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Review general ledger to identify outlying transactions.
Skills and Requirements • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification. • A relevant tertiary qualification (A BCom or similar degree or diploma). • A minimum of 3 to 5 years' accounting experience in a healthcare environment. • Previous experience in dealing with VAT and Income Tax matters • Knowledge of Pastel Accounting Software • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly, MS Excel skills (formatting, sorting, basic math's, filter, lookup values, conditional values etc.) • Relevant computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) •Send your CV and latest pay slip to email@example.com
