✔ Strong business insight and understanding of debtor behaviour
✔ Skilled in debtor profiling and applying tailored recovery strategies
✔ Persuasive negotiation with adult-to-adult communication style
✔ Excellent attention to detail and accurate data capturing
✔ Ability to prioritise workload and perform under pressure
✔ Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
✔ Committed to delivering high-quality excellence that meets team goals
✔ Collaborates well with others and contributes positively to workplace culture
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ 2+ years’ experience in debt collections or a similar role
✔ Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities
✔ Proficient in computer systems and collections software
✔ Ability to handle conflict professionally and find fair resolutions
✔ Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning
✔ Proven track record in meeting targets and deadlines
✔ High standard of integrity and compliance awareness
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Strong sense of accountability and team collaboration
