Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Wealth Advisors.
Prepare and process investment, retirement, and insurance documentation.
Liaise with clients, investment houses, insurers, and product providers.
Assist with new business implementation and portfolio maintenance.
Monitor outstanding requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
Schedule client meetings and maintain advisor diaries.
Prepare client review documentation and reports.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FICA and FAIS requirements.
Manage client queries professionally and efficiently.
General office administration and document management.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
Previous experience in a Portfolio Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator role is essential.
Experience within the wealth management, investments, financial advisory, or financial planning industry.
Sound knowledge of investment products and financial services administration.
Working knowledge of FAIS and FICA legislation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience working with CRM systems and industry software will be advantageous.
