Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the full financial function of a well-established and respected organisation. Duties:
- Leading the overall financial management of the organisation
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts Managing debtors, creditors, payroll, compliance, and reporting functions
- Overseeing annual audits and risk management processes
- Developing and improving financial controls, systems, and procedures
- Leading and mentoring finance team members Providing strategic financial insight to support business decision-makin
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in a Financial Manager role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, financial controls, and compliance
- Experience with Pastel Accounting and advanced Excel skills
- A commercially minded individual who can think strategically while remaining hands-on
