Job Summary
A reputable organisation is seeking a qualified Accountant to join their Accounts Department.

Requirements
Relevant Accounting degree or equivalent qualification
CA(SA) qualification would be highly advantageous, including recently qualified CAs
Previous experience in an accounting environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate accounting records
Prepare and review financial information
Perform account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes
Analyse financial information and investigate discrepancies
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
Provide support across the Accounts Department
Assist with general accounting and financial reporting functions
Work closely with internal stakeholders as required
