Duties:
Assist the surgical team in performing surgical procedures
Ensure optimal patient care pre- and post-operatively
Manage theatre equipment and instrumentation, including staff education and supervision
Provide theatre-specific training and assess staff competence
Monitor and control stock, consignment stock, and equipment
Ensure effective SHEQ management, PPE use, and medical waste disposal
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Report and escalate unresolved issues to the unit manager
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification with Theatre Nursing accreditation
4 to 7 years of relevant experience
Strong background in Critical Care Nursing and Theatre Nursing
Ability to manage theatre equipment and staff effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
