Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12)
A diploma in administration, accounting, or data management will be beneficial
Experience & Technical Skills
Previous experience in a citrus packhouse environment
Proven exposure to production or packhouse data administration
Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, reconciliations and data analysis
Comfortable working extended or flexible hours during peak operational periods
Personal Attributes
Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Clear and confident communicator with solid reporting ability
Natural leadership qualities and the ability to guide or supervise where required
Assertive, composed and solution-focused when managing challenges
Self-driven and able to perform consistently under pressure
