COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive zulu speaking, HR Compliance Officer to join their HR team in the agricultural sector. Responsibility for ensuring that the company's human resources policies, procedures, and employment practices comply with all relevant labour legislation and industry standards are the main purpose of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Monitor and maintain HR compliance records, contracts, and employee documentation.
Conduct HR audits and identify areas for improvement.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives.
Build sound relationships with team leaders to ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented.
Coordinate statutory reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain excellent recordkeeping for auditing purposes.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Compliance or HR Generalist role.
Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
Experience within the agricultural sector will be a distinct advantage.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
