Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Cost / Management Accounting role within a Manufacturing or Production environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CIMA qualified, near completion, or extensive relevant cost accounting experience
- Experience managing cost accounting functions across production or plant environments will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
- Proven ability to partner with operational and plant management teams
- Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to lead a small finance team
- Ability to manage and develop assistant accountants and inventory controllers
- Willingness to travel regularly between production sites
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision advantageous)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment
- Negotiable based on experience
