Key Responsibilities:
Generate and evaluate new product ideas through research and stakeholder engagement
Document business requirements and collaborate with development teams
Support product development through data analysis and workflow documentation

Manage testing and quality assurance processes

Solid understanding of acquiring, Card Present and Card Not Present transactions (mandatory)
Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies
