About the Role

WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with an innovative SaaS company to hire a smart, motivated Junior Accountant who is eager to grow in a high-performance, tech-driven finance team. This is a great opportunity for a young finance graduate to gain hands-on exposure to client billing, internal controls, and financial administration—while working at the intersection of fintech, ownership solutions, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and issue client invoices

• Perform internal checks and controls on outgoing payments

• Support client purchase order (PO) processes

• Assist with audit deliverables and financial documentation

• Maintain and manage client contract filing systems

• Support with monthly support hour calculations, tax directive processes, and invoicing

• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and debtor management

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field

• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic proficiency with Excel and financial systems

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or part-time experience in finance or accounting

• Exposure to SaaS, audit processes, or working with financial documents

• Familiarity with invoice systems or PO procedures
