We’re looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our FX team!
This isn’t your average ops role – you’ll get behind-the-scenes access to the magic that makes Forex and arbitrage tick. You’ll learn, improve, document, and help shape the future of our workflows, all while collaborating across passionate teams.
What you'll be doing:
- ? Dive deep into the heart of our business, mastering operational workflows for our cutting-edge Forex products
- ? Assist in crafting slick, crystal-clear SOPs for our business units
- ? Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter, faster ways to work (your ideas count!)
- ? Team up with Operations, Tech, Compliance & Client Services to make our processes bulletproof
- ?? Hands-on in testing new tools and systems, bringing fresh feedback to the table
- ? Monitor, report, and keep everyone in the loop on improvement initiatives
- ? Document, organize, and communicate like a pro – consistency is your vibe
- ? Provide day-to-day support and be the go-to resource for operational excellence
What we’re looking for:
- ? A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Must be completed)
- ? 1-2 years’ experience in operations or business support (bonus points for financial services know-how!)
- ? Extreme attention to detail and process-driven thinking
- ? Stellar communication skills
- ? Analytical, innovative, and always up for improvement challenges
- ? Team player who can juggle more than just coffee orders
