Role Overview
We are seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead financial control, consolidation, reporting, audit, and compliance across multiple international entities.
This role is critical to ensuring financial integrity, governance, and scalable finance operations in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead group financial control and reporting (multi-entity, multi-country)
• Own month-end close, consolidation, and audit readiness
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash, banking, and treasury oversight
• Drive finance systems optimization (Sage, Xero or equivalent)
• Standardise and scale finance processes and controls
• Lead and develop a global finance team
• Partner with CFO, CEO, Board, and investors
Requirements
Key Requirements
• CA(SA), ACA, ACCA
• >8 years in financial control / accounting
• >3 years in senior finance leadership
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environments
• Strong audit, consolidation, and reporting expertise
• ERP experience (Sage, Xero or similar)
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
