We are seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced Financial Services environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in sales, client relationship management, and financial solutions. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs
Promote and sell financial products and services in line with regulatory requirements
Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Conduct needs analysis and present tailored financial solutions
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
Stay informed on financial products, market trends, and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field)
Strong interest in sales and financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Computer literate (MS Office / CRM systems)
South African ID (if applicable)
