A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer while helping coordinate key administrative and planning activities across the executive office. This role serves as the operational backbone of the CEO’s office, ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities, governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and discreet professional capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, support board and committee activities, coordinate executive engagements, and ensure the CEO can focus on strategic priorities while maintaining operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily schedule
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, travel arrangements, and executive engagements
• Prepare meeting packs, briefing materials, and supporting documentation
• Support the planning and execution of board and committee meetings
• Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence and communications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office
• Screen, prioritise, and manage stakeholder communications and requests
• Maintain critical records, governance documentation, and executive files
• Coordinate executive office routines, planning activities, and special projects
• Manage logistics for high-level events, speaking engagements, and business travel
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency
• Handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion
What You Bring
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
• Previous experience within the finance, insurance, or professional services sectors advantageous
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication capability
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capability and sound judgement
