What You’ll Do
- Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
- Collaborate with development teams to assess feasibility and refine solutions
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Prioritise user stories and features for sprint planning and delivery
- Conduct business impact assessments and track outcomes against objectives
- Engage stakeholders across business, technical teams, and customers
- Support product adoption through training, documentation, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Drive process optimisation initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business analysis role
- Exposure to financial or investment systems is advantageous
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of data analysis, SQL, and database concepts
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story writing
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
