What You’ll Do

• Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
• Collaborate with development teams to assess feasibility and refine solutions
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Prioritise user stories and features for sprint planning and delivery
• Conduct business impact assessments and track outcomes against objectives
• Engage stakeholders across business, technical teams, and customers
• Support product adoption through training, documentation, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Drive process optimisation initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business analysis role
• Exposure to financial or investment systems is advantageous
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of data analysis, SQL, and database concepts
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story writing
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
