You will oversee the finance function, manage a large team, and ensure strong financial governance while working closely with operational and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full finance function and financial reporting
Manage and lead a finance team of 10–15 staff members
Ensure strong tax compliance and financial governance
Oversee legal and regulatory financial aspects
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
Job Experience and Skills Required:Education:BCom with completed SAICA articles
Experience:Minimum 5 years’ experience post articles
Property industry experience essential
Previous management experience overseeing large teams
Skills:Strong tax knowledge
Understanding of legal and regulatory financial frameworks
Strong leadership and team management ability
Hands-on operational finance experience
