Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Drive strategic financial planning and support executive decision-making.
- Oversee commercial finance, business partnering, and performance management across the Group.
- Lead complex financial modelling, investment appraisals, and scenario analysis.
- Deliver insightful executive reporting and presentations to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
- Implement and enhance performance metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Partner with operational leaders to challenge assumptions and improve business outcomes.
- Support M&A activities, strategic projects, and capital allocation decisions.
- Drive finance transformation, reporting automation, and process optimisation initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Minimum Requirements
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (essential)
- 8-12 years' progressive finance experience, including FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Partnering, or Strategic Finance.
- Proven experience within a group or multi-entity environment.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills with exposure to Power BI, BI reporting tools, or data analytics platforms.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive business performance.
