This role offers the chance to influence strategic decisions, oversee financial controls, and manage costing for thousands of SKUs in a complex production setting. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and GAAP requirements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including CAPEX, production costs, and fixed cost allocations.
- Manage and optimize product costing structures across multiple assemblies and components.
- Deliver accurate monthly management reports and group financial submissions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and costing methodologies.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Education: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in costing and management accounting.
- Expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (JD Edwards or similar) advantageous.
- Structured, process-driven approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
