You’ll take ownership of a regional finance function, ensuring strong governance, reliable reporting, and financial oversight that supports both operational execution and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong financial leadership and deliver accurate management reporting
- Ensure full compliance across governance, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Drive the budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking
- Partner with operations to deliver effective operational finance support
- Manage stakeholder relationships and support leadership with financial insight
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and contribute to strategic and cost-saving initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ financial management experience, ideally within a regional, multi-site, or operationally driven environment
- Strong background in audit, compliance, and operational finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and leadership capability
- High proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
