? What You’ll Be Doing
Think of this as your front-row seat to the deal table:- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic corporate finance projects
- Building and supporting financial models (DCF, LBO, and other acronyms that will soon become your best friends)
- Conducting due diligence and analysing financial statements to uncover the story behind the numbers
- Working with senior advisors to craft investment theses and client presentations
- Learning the art of structuring complex deals and understanding industries from the inside out
? What We’re Looking For
You don’t need 20 years of experience , but you do need the right mindset:- Newly qualified CA(SA) with solid technical accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A driven, curious, and proactive attitude
- Someone who enjoys fast-paced environments where deals move quickly and learning never stops
